Clark, Pampanga-September 3, 2018- It was a wet track for all Honda Pilipinas Dream Cup participants during the Practice and Qualifying rounds last July 7, 2018, at Clark International Spweedway (CIS,) but that did not stop the riders from going full throttle with their CBR150R bikes as they are securing their positions for race 1 and 2. As a result, Sean Barcial from Bulacan secured the P1 position followed by Jakob Sablaya of Antipolo, Rizal for P2 and Andrei Reyes from Cainta, Rizal for P3.
